Frequent CBD Questions

Do your products contain THC?

Our Full Spectrum hemp extract contains the full range of cannabinoids (CBD, THC, CBG, CBC, CBN, etc.) but the concentration of THC is below the federally legal limit of 0.3%.  At this low concentration, you will not experience any psychoactive effects.  Our products are 100% federally legal to purchase and consume.

What does Full Spectrum mean?

Full Spectrum hemp extract contains the full range of cannabinoids (CBD, THC, CBG, CBC, CBN, etc.) terpenes, and phytonutrients that are naturally present in the hemp plant. Broad Spectrum CBD oil or CBD isolates have been processed in a way that intentionally removes some or all of the other beneficial compounds that work together with CBD in what is known as the “entourage effect”. The entourage effect is believed to promote a more naturally balanced user experience.

Will I fail a drug test after using CBD oil?

Full Spectrum Hemp Extract contains trace amounts of THC which can cause a drug test to come back positive.  We do not recommend using any CBD product (including broad spectrum CBD or CBD isolates) if you are subjected to drug testing.  While Broad Spectrum CBD or CBD isolates contain no detectable THC, CBD and other cannabinoids can cause a false positive on many common drug tests.

Is there a difference between CBD oil and Hemp oil?

Hemp oil, or hemp seed oil, is extracted from the seeds of the hemp plant and contains no CBD or other cannabinoids. CBD oil is derived from the flowers and leaves from the hemp plant where cannabidiol (CBD) is found. Although hemp oil does not contain CBD or other cannabinoids, it can be an excellent source of essential fatty acids and proteins. If you are looking for CBD and the many other important cannabinoids, then you need to use a quality CBD oil vs. a hemp oil/ hemp seed oil.

Do you use third party testing?

We use third party, ISO accredited labs for all of our product testing. The Certificate of Analysis (COA) can be found for every batch on our website. The Certificate of Analysis is a document that shows our products are always free of pesticides, heavy metals and microbial life. The COA is critical to ensure the potency, purity, and quality we advertise is what you get with every batch. If you have trouble locating the correct COA for the batch number on your product, we can email it directly to you.
